What does that mean?
“I am more than my body” is the opening line of the Gateway Affirmation—a powerful statement used by The Monroe Institute® to center and expand awareness.
We are more than physical matter. We are consciousness—capable of perceiving, experiencing, and learning far beyond the limitations of space and time.
This affirmation is more than just words. It’s a direction. A declaration. A shift in perception.
As a local community group affiliated with The Monroe Institute, we gather to explore this reality using Monroe’s audio-guided techniques.
Who we are
We are a growing group of consciousness explorers, meditators, and spiritually curious individuals from across Middle Tennessee.
Our gatherings are relaxed, welcoming, and designed to support both newcomers and graduates of Monroe programs. You don’t need prior experience to participate.
In each meeting, we may:
- Listen to a Monroe-guided meditation (Hemi-Sync® or SAM™)
- Share personal insights and reflections (optional)
- Explore topics like energy, dreams, intuition, and expanded states
- Build friendships in a grounded, safe space
We meet online and in person, depending on availability and group needs.
Meet Dale Rogers
I’m a graduate of The Monroe Institute and a Licensed Practitioner in the Science of Mind tradition. I serve as the Community Group Leader for Middle Tennessee and am currently working toward becoming a certified Monroe Coach.
This local group is a labor of love—a way to stay connected to Monroe’s teachings and offer space for others to explore their own inner terrain.
