Introduction

I was an Assistant Professor of Web and Multimedia Design from 2005-2023 at Nashville State Community College. I help design the program. I developed, and taught, most of the courses. The courses were designed to be delivered on-ground, virtual, hybrid, and completely online. The courses content, assignments, assessments, and grading were hosted on the Desire2Learn Learning Management System (LMS) and are not open to the general public. Supplemental content came from a variety of dependable online resources. Other content was created on this website as blog posts so that students had access to it post-class.

The following are links to projects that are available in the public sphere, i.e. not behind a LMS wall. I either solely created or played a significant role in these projects. Some projects, like eDrawingboard.com are solely mine. As an Assistant Professor, my primary objective was to ensure my students got hands-on training creating content for online delivery. College sophomores mostly created some of the following projects. They were students in a two-year Associate in Applied Science program. My primary capacity was as a project manager, and Art Director. Depending on the skill set of the group of students I had on a particular team, I would also jump in as a team member if needed. In addition to leading the projects, I would also script, storyboard, provide voiceovers, motion graphics, image editing, WordPress, and web-coding skills (HTML5, CSS3, JS, and Third-party JS solutions) where needed. My primary responsibilities were as an educator. My secondary responsibilities were to meet the needs of the design project and model how to do that for my students.
